How to become an authorized vendor?

Before you can book an appointment with one of our buyers, you need to fill out our Vendor Application form. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for the application process to be completed. If approved, you will receive and email or phone call from someone within our corporate office. At this time, your vendor information will be added to the online forms allowing you to submit all applicable information.

  • Nutrition Information
  • Labeling

Call (708) 231-1623 and press option 2 to schedule an appointment with one of our buyers. Please be sure to fill out a New Item Deal Sheet found under Resources prior to your appointment.

Deal Sheets in Excel

In order to complete the online forms, you must first download and fill out the corresponding deal sheet in excel. Please be sure to download the latest excel deal sheet. Deal sheets are updated every 2 weeks with new vendors and an updated item file. An up to date deal sheet will help ensure efficient and timely execution.
